Two new articles published in MRS Bulletin

CMU students design system for distributed production of disinfectants to help combat Covid-19

CMU students Tala Habbab, Jake Zimmer, and Gaurav Balakrishnan participated in the Johns Hopkins Covid-19 Hackathon. In just one weekend, they designed a portable low-cost photovoltaic kit that can produce disinfectant in resource limited environments such as refugee camps.
